Simulate same user agent of multiple different devices
I’m trying to create a simple blog for my personal site. I’d like to be able to simulate different user agents on the server in order to show my blog to users on different devices.
Ideally I’d like to use the same script as if the user agent were using a desktop browser, but I will have to adjust it to simulate a mobile browser as well.
For mobile I have a simple mobile.js file that checks the user agent and then redirects to a mobile page if necessary. It works great, I just need to figure out how to simulate desktop browsers.
A:
You could use HTML Meta tags to simulate a different user agent.
Like this you can specify the User Agent
Or you could do a switch:
switch ($_SERVER[“HTTP_USER_AGENT”]){
case “Mobile”:
//your code here
break;
case “Desktop”:
//your code here
break;
default:
//your code here
break;
}
UPDATED:
As @Steven-Evans said if your using Apache Proxy do this:
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} ^$ [OR]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} ^$ [NC]
RewriteRule (.*) [R=302,L]

How to Detect TimeZone on Windows

Let’s assume I have a DateTime, is there a way to get the current TimeZone of the computer without using any external library? Also, is there
